Authorized Service Center of Polly-Service provides technical maintenance and support at all stages of hardware and software life cycle, including warranty and post-warranty periods

Main directions of work are following

Startup phase

  • presale preparation and testing
  • demonstration of functionality
  • installation and deployment
  • creation of reserve copies of the administrator computers
  • testing of software and hardware systems
  • maintenance of the project - informational and technical as well

Technical support of the hardware and software in the operational period:

  • scheduled preventive maintenance
  • services of technical support and software updates (Software Maintenance Agreement)
